For those looking for a base in Spoleto, the Pied a Terre is the ideal solution. The apartment is located in the heart of the centre , with shops, public offices, restaurants and bars nearby and a stone's throw from the Postern car park from which, with a covered mechanized path, it is possible to easily reach the highest part of the historic centre.


Spoleto is a fascinating city rich in history, art and culture, famous throughout the world for its Festival of Two Worlds which hosts highly prestigious events and artists every year.

From here it is also possible, with day trips, to visit some of the major historic centers of the region and central Italy, in about three quarters of an hour it is in fact possible to reach Todi (44 km), Assisi (47 km) or Perugia (64 km) and in about an hour and a half Orvieto (98 km), Rome (125 km) and the Adriatic Sea (128 km).


For golf lovers, less than an hour's drive away we find two excellent clubs:

- Golf Club Perugia (70 km away). A gently undulating 18-hole course, par 72, 5,735 meters, whose central core dates back to the late fifties and with a club house created from an old lime kiln from 1921, of which it maintains the imperious towers, which act as a guard to the route reminiscent of English fields.

- Antognolla Golf Club(at 85 km). Considered one of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in Italy, 18 holes, par 71, 6,112 metres. The Antognolla course is characterized by its long, sloping fairways, wonderful water obstacles and large, undulating greens. In 2020 it won the prestigious World Golf Award for the 'Best Golf Course in Italy' category, also obtaining the same nomination in the two consecutive years.


The nearest airport is Perugia , 57 km away, while Rome Ciampino and Rome Fiumicino airports are respectively 141 km and 158 km away (less than two hours).
